**Return and Exchange Policy**

**Returns and Exchanges Within 30 Days**

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns and exchanges for most of our physical products within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you change your mind, receive a damaged item, or have any other issue with your order, we're here to assist you. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

**Digital Content Policy**

While we aim to provide you with top-quality digital content, including digital downloads, digital planners, digital cards, and other digital items, please be aware that all digital content sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for these items. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions and samples before making a digital content purchase to ensure it aligns with your needs and preferences.

**Shipping Information**

**Physical Items:**
We are committed to delivering your physical items promptly. In most cases, orders for physical products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. However, please keep in mind that some items may be custom-made, which can extend the processing time. Custom items may take up to two weeks to complete and/or arrive at your destination. We'll provide you with a clear estimate of the lead time for custom items during the checkout process.

International Shipping
We appreciate the interest and support of our international customers; however, we regret to inform you that we currently do not offer international shipping services. At this time our shipping services are limited to domestic locations only.

**How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:**

If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:
